As part of a maternity leave replacement, the company SFRI recruits a technical support service assistant.

2.   Job description


Attached to the Customer Support department, you are mainly in charge of the following missions:

- Customer claims management:
o Management of the mails and validation of the taking into account of the requests
o Registration and update of complaints in the dedicated software, from opening to closing in collaboration with a technical specialist
o Administrative management of the return of defective parts / instruments and their replacement

- Management of relations with the suppliers and preparation of orders:
o Verification of minimum stocks in spare parts on dedicated software, calculation of requirements
o Order management and sending to suppliers
o Monitoring of regulations in collaboration with the Financial Department
o Follow-up of order receipt, physical and documentary control, labeling
o Preparation of sales orders, management of the shipment in collaboration with the Sales Administration department

- Administrative management of the customer support service
o Manage and monitor customer warranties. Update data in the CRM
o Preparation of Sales Administration meetings
o Participate in the daily improvement of the service by simplification of flows
o Sending manuals, various information to customers
o Workshop supplies management

- Training organization
o Sourcing
o Booking rooms, hotels
o Machine management (shipping, receiving)
o Writing programs, customer invitations, presentation folders
o Sending brochures, notebooks, supplies
o Follow-up of the regulations

3.   Required profile

Graduate of a training Bac + 2 minimum, in Commercial Assistancy, or Assistance of After-Sales Service, you present a 1st successful experiment with similar functions, in order to be operational on the missions presented.

In addition to your job skills, this position requires relational ease, pragmatism, commitment, organization and great versatility. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. You are comfortable on various IT tools, Pack Office and have already worked on an ERP, such as Sage Commercial.
